All You Need Is Two For A Fellowship
If you missed it, both Obama and McCain were interviewed by Rick Warren, the author of The Purpose Driven Life, last night on CNN. I still have to watch the actual interview but I found this to be a great example of encouragement between believers and even more reason to be part of a fellowship:
McCain got teary-eyed while discussing an experience with a guard
during his experience as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. The guard,
McCain said, drew a cross in the sand while he was praying on Christmas
Day. “For a minute there, we were just two Christians worshipping
together.”Do we ever show our faith during times of persecution? I find it a great reminder to read this while also hearing a similar message today at church.
I wonder what God is telling me …
