A slippery slope …
Interesting stuff that Viacom is doing to Google. I don’t personally agree with Viacom since they’re going after “private” videos as well as Google’s programs. Seems to me like they want to incorporate Google’s technology into their own without the developers. Plus do you think these judges really understand what’s happening in this technology? Are they keeping up with times or are they applying inadequate judgments based upon century old material? Someone else brought up that during the writers strike the television side kept on saying that the internet viewing was just “promotional”. Now that’s getting your cake and eating it too! hmmmmm cake …
