- Location. Location. Location. Those are the three most important rules when buying (or selling) a house. Granted it really depends on how you define “location.” After we had a faucet that wouldn’t turn off, other than under the sink, it’s nice being located near a Home Depot. After finding the part, I was able to fix the faucet in about 5 minutes. Location. Location. Location.
