How Did I Miss THIS????
Went to the nearest dim sum place with my folks and noticed a sign outside the restaurant stating that they were in compliant with Montgomery County’s Artificial Trans Fat ban. WHAT? When did they do that? Apparently, last March with it being passed in May 2007. I know we’ve been out to eat in the county several times this year and with the restaurants having to satisfy the ban starting January 1, 2008 I’m surprised we haven’t seen more of these. I’m just stunned. Stunned, I tell ya.
