My mind must be wired strangely because I had two first thoughts (I’m not sure how that happens) when I heard about the earthquake in Japan. It was good to hear the the fatalities were low (even if the number of those hurt are in the hundreds) because I know people in Japan and because of my PG County schooling I have no reference point of where they live versus where the quake was at. I pray that they’re all alright but the strange part is when I started to read about the radioactive water leak. To quote the Washington Post:
About 1.5 liters of slightly radioactive water spilled out of the
cooling pool for spent fuel rods, leaked into another supply of water,
and 315 gallons of that water were pumped into the sea, said Hiro
Hasegawa, the manager of corporate communications at Tokyo Electric
Power, by telephone.Wait. Did I just read RADIOACTIVE WATER PUMPED INTO THE SEA!!!! Isn’t that how Godzilla was born! …
Godzilla … is … so … cool
This story is just disturbing. It just shows how many people are hurting around the world and that anyone with a personality can extort and brainwash these people. I’m curious though why there are so many charlatans that pretend to be Jesus Christ? Why not Buddha, Zeus or that other-dude-that-if-you-mention-his-name-in-any-shape-or-form-that-people-can-or-will-disagree-about-would -come-and-kill-you (I guess there are zealot clerks out there) one could surmise that Satan is real and why waste his time having his cohorts pretend to be these other dudes when a false Christ is the easiest form of taking people away from God.
