Month: September 2006

  • The things people come up with.

Seems like great fun for the whole family!  One can wear their Snakes on a Plane T-shirts as well.

  • Panda Software is offering a free 1-year license to Panda Platinum Internet Security software.  If your current Internet Security package is about to expire give them a try.  I hear they are pretty good with updates and stuff.

  • Whoa … some people have a lot of time on their hands

** Update – Odd that Xanga sometimes display pixs and sometimes doesn’t.  I couldn’t actually see it when I just looked at my blog entry but when I went to modify it the pix was there.

  • And so it begins …

Four days of Botcon 2006 in Lexington, Kentucky.  Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Beast Wars and also the 20th Anniversary of Transformers: The Movie.  Plus get to see one of the greatest collections of Generation One Transformers up for sale by the Hartman brothers. Sounds like it’s going to be a blast.

    Guess there’s always next year.

  • Don’t you hate it when you open up a new can of Pringles and every single chip has mysteriously been broken.  It’s like someone played football with the can.  The can stayed intact but all the chips got smashed.  Oh well, they still taste good.

  • That brown blob is  …

    Galactic Heroes Chewbacca

    G1 Prowl

    1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass GLS

Put them all together and you get our new profile pix.

  • This is what Chewy is missing since she’s on travel …

Sharka and today’s Redskins Special from Papa John’s.  Pineapple, ham and extra cheese.  There’s no need for excess, even if it’s possible.

  • A man’s love of pizza …

Dude’s got a passion for pizza.  As good as the pictures look this seems like too much work for
me.  I’d rather go get a pizza from Papa
    John’s
    .

    Which reminds me, the Redskins
    scored four touchdowns yesterday!    Get
your Monday Redskins Papa John’s special pizza today – a large pizza with four
    toppings for $8.99.

    *** Update
Oops – I forgot that with a Redskins win the number of toppings actually double.  That’s a large pizza with upto eight toppings all for $8.99.  Cuz yes, they did win.

  • No more Tomcat …

Don’t worry; Baby Suri has nothing to fear just yet.  Still, that would be TomKat not the beloved
F-14 Tomcats of the U.S. military that awed the nation after watching Top Gun
with you know whom.  The F-14 was
retired this past Thursday and will/has been replaced by the F/A-18 Hornets.  We salute you F-14 Tomcats and
their pilots who have kept watch over the US for all these years.

  • For those Orioles Fans out there …

I’m glad they actually staged this.  Though it’ll be just as effective as those who don’t buy gasoline on a specific Tuesday just to try and teach the oil companies something.  Yep, a total waste of time.
