Another multi-thought day … Thinking – gotta keep remembering to do that everyday.
Thought 1: Transformers Movie Teaser
This was done by a fan and is much better than the first
official one that came out a few weeks ago.Thought 2: A friend recently commented about having a
fashion show walk-off which reminded me of another Robot Chicken video clip. (Especially since Mr. Bass is out
fishing.) If you don’t remember the
parody think Britney vs Justin at a nightclub.Thought 3: From another friend …
You are Spider-Man
Spider-Man 75% Green Lantern 70% Hulk 65% Robin 60% Superman 60% The Flash 60% Iron Man 50% Wonder Woman 45% Supergirl 45% Batman 45% Catwoman 40% You are intelligent, witty,
a bit geeky and have great
power and responsibility.

I was actually shooting for Green Lantern. Hal Jordan, not Guy Gardner or goofy Kyle
Rayner nor John Stewart. I could go for
Kilowog but he wasn’t really Earth’s Green Lantern so it’s gotta be Hal Jordan
as Green Lantern.Thought 4: FINALLY! I saw Clerks II.
<insert silly laughter> It was freaking hilarious!
Not as good as the original, mostly because there wasn’t really a story
to the first one – Just a day in the life (and sometimes death) of two
clerks. This actually had a story and
was in color. You can say what you want
about Kevin Smith and it’s probably true – he is foul mouthed, somewhat demented,
and basically out there but every movie he’s put out has been good. (Ok I never saw Jersey Girl – but everything
else has been good and no, Vulgar the Clown was not actually a Kevin Smith movie) As with Dogma and now Clerks II he’s used
these movies as a vehicle to witness God’s message to those people who would
typically see this movie and potentially would not attend church. Plus he actually puts in real life
situations that challenge you to think.
Stuff like dealing with drug abuse and rehab, love relationships, the consequences
of casual sex, and seeking your role in life and what responsibilities that
might entail. Ok I might be stretching
it a little but still. It’s a good
movie.
