Must add to blog to get rid of Mexico City ’68 Olympics logo …
Chewy was nice enough to get me the HoMedics Shiatsu
Massage Cushion over the weekend. I
thought it would be wonderful since I have back pain every now and then (the
result of bad posture, trying to do stupid inline skating tricks in college and
various other reasons). At first it felt pretty nice, now my back
feels somewhat worse. Almost like I have a bone bruise on my lower spine. I just feel like Bob Dole sometimes … I just can’t win.The planning for Hawaii ’06 has begun …

actually i got a massage on my back recently…it hurt for two days but felt so loose afterwards…sometimes it needs to hurt before it gets better…kind of like our christian walk at times…
You should see my Chiropractor, he’s really good and probably half my church sees him. Plays awesome guitar & tennis as well.
You’re right after a few days the massager is working its wonderful mechanical magic (which if you ever read the ingrediants of a SlimJim – look at the 2nd item: Mechanically Seperated Chicken – yummmmmmm). No chiropractor for moi. Thanks for the thought though.
